Trained & knowledgeable about the sound system, sound board & microphones, these members
are called to be in charge of operating the sound system in scheduled services and engagements.
Christian Education
This ministry provides a time of study for all ages where they can become knowledgeable of the Bible and
how to apply it to their day-to-day lives. This includes our Sunday School.
Deacon Ministry
The Deacons assist the Pastor in advancing the spiritual welfare of the Church by ministering to the
sick, shut-in & distressed, as well as by assisting in the Lord's Supper & Baptism.
Greeters
Greeters meet and welcome everyone as they enter the church, in a friendly and loving manner.
Their assignment is to convey the spirit of Antioch and the love of God to all people they serve.
Healing Ministry
They provide a support group for members & non-members who are wanting to overcome dependence
on any addictive behaviors, by offering a better life thru a personal relationship with God.
Hospitality
The purpose of this ministry is to provide hospitality for members and their families.
These servants coordinate and provide food, meals, and / or other hospitable services for bereaved members.
Intercessory Prayer Ministry
Members of this ministry pray for individuals' needs, as well as for needs of the Pastor & his family,
the entire Body of Christ, our government, & those who have yet to
experience the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Media Ministry
The available forms of media are explored & utilized: in support of
the worship services; to communicate with the membership & those
who are seeking a Word from the Lord; and as continual invitations to
mankind.
Member Care
This ministry ensures that Antioch members receive needed support even when they cannot be present.
They ensure a connection through calls and / or visitations for those members who are new, sick, or missing.
Men's Ministry
The Men's Ministry unites the men of the Church spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
They counsel, mentor, and support the men and young men of the church
in their growth toward Christian maturity.
Music Ministry
The purpose of this Ministry is to exalt the Lord before all people so they may seek to know Him personally.
They create an atmosphere of praise in the worship service before the preached Word of God comes forth.
Sisters United
The purpose of Sisters United is to assist other women in identifying their spiritual gifts & God-given talents.
Through this effort, they help lead her to the ministry where she can be of the greatest service to God & this church.
Three Score Plus Ministry
This ministry invites Senior Adults & retirees to meet weekly for Bible Study & fellowship.
Its members also promote outside activities to enhance their physical & spiritual well-being.
Transportation
These servants provide safe, clean, and courteous transportation to and from our Ministry services for those who would
otherwise be unable to attend due to lack of transportation.
Trustee Ministry
Members of the Trustee Ministry are appointed to oversee the finances and all of the church owned properties.
They are responsible for keeping accurate financial records for all monies.
Usher Ministry
Ushers direct the flow of people during services in a kind, loving, & courteous manner.
They maintain an atmosphere of worship, ensuring that perfect order is kept in & around the church.
Wellness Ministry (Nurses)
Nurses are certified in CPR, First Aid, & Blood Pressure Monitoring.
They show the image of God by their attention to the sick or injured attendees. Nurses also aid the Pastor whenever necessary.
Youth Development Ministry
Supervised by trained adults, this ministry unites the youth of the church spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Activities include choir, liturgical dance, Bible Study & group recreation.
